Unwanted Products
Ditta Annibale Gammarelli concedes the possibility of returning the unwanted goods within 15 days from the day they are received.
Conditions
Unwanted goods can be returned only if:
- The goods must be in perfect conditions, with no sign of use, in their original box and/or bags, with all labels, instructions and all that was included originally. They must therefore be in the same state in which they were purchased.
- The goods must not be made to measure, personalized or non-catalog items ordered on request (made to order)
Instructions
- Send an email to info@gammarelli.com to communicate the return and wait for confirmation.
- Properly pack the goods and the original packaging itself in order to ensure their integrity during transport
- Write on the parcel:
- Name, surname, address of the sender
- Write “Returned goods – Failed sale”
- Destination address:

- Send the package by post or courier according to your preferences. We recommend a standard shipping service with tracking, as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, delays. Return costs (postage / packaging costs) are charged to the customer.
- Before returning the goods, inquire with your authorities if it is possible to get a refund for taxes and VAT paid (if any).
- When filling in the customs declaration forms (CN22 and / or CN23), please indicate “Returned goods – Failed sale” and attach them on the package. Please follow the return procedure carefully. If custom duties / charges will be requested, the package will NOT be accepted and it will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any additional costs always borne to the sender).
- Once received, the goods will be thoroughly examined to ensure that they meet our return conditions. At the slightest sign of use, the return is rejected.
- Within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, once the inspection has been passed:
- With non-free outward shipping, the value of the returned products will be refunded.
- The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase and the re-credit may delay a few days before it can be viewed (depending on the type of card used). We remind you that in the case of credit cards it could happen that you see the credit on the account the following month with the account statement (the transaction should, however, already be visible in the movements / balance of the respective card.
Please Note:
- In case of return of goods that do not comply with the return conditions or damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund is denied (with subsequent return of the goods at the customer’s expense) or partially executed.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- If, after returning, you do not receive any updates withing 14 working days, please contact our customer service.
Defective products (just received)
Ditta Annibale Gammarelli checks all the goods before shipping them, but if you find a defect within 10 days from receipt, please contact us to point out the problem and to decide whether it can be solved without returning it.

Errors in sending
In case of items sent incorrectly by Ditta Annibale Gammarelli, please contact us within 48 hour from receiving the goods. We will solve the problems as quickly as possible at no cost to the customer.
Wrong size replacement
In case of items purchased with wrong size / measurement, please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the goods. All return and forwarding costs are charged to the buyer.
